Research Trends of Welding Fabrication for the Agricultural Industry Based on Google Scholar and Scopus

Abstract

Welding plays a crucial role in the agricultural industry, especially in the fabrication and maintenance of agricultural machinery. Agricultural machinery often requires the joining of thin, different materials, making it difficult with welding today. Welding is essential for assembling machine elements to create a durable and efficient machine. The purpose of this review literature is to review welding fabrication for the agricultural industry with references taken from google scholar and scopus. The review method by taking publication data reported from 2003 to 2024 to google scholar and scopus by taking CSV data through Publish or Perish software based on the sentence "Welding Fabrication for the Agricultural Industry" is then processed using minitab software. The results of the study show an increasing trend in citations and the number of authors continues to increase both on Google Scholar and Scopus. This shows that there is a great opportunity to conduct research on the topic of welding fabrication for the agricultural industry.
